Contact details you provide directly — name, email, phone, shipping address — when you write to us, place an order, request an appointment, or activate +Care.

Order and design details — the gemstone, materials and design choices made through Builder, along with any approvals you sign off during the production process.

ÊTRUNE ID record — every intervention performed on your piece (deliveries, +Care appointments, repairs, marketplace transfers) is logged in the piece’s digital record for traceability.

Payment information — handled by certified payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal); we receive only confirmation of the transaction, never your card details.

Site usage — anonymised analytics about how visitors use this site, used only to improve the experience.

To design, produce, deliver and certify the pieces you commission.

To operate +Care: schedule and document annual service visits, send pickup and return logistics, and maintain the warranty.

To operate Upcycling: verify pieces returned to the marketplace and transfer their record to new owners.

To respond when you write to us, including coordination of boutique appointments and editorial requests.

To send transactional communication strictly related to your orders or +Care program. We do not send promotional email without explicit opt-in.

We share personal information with the limited number of partners required to operate the maison: certified shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for delivery; certified payment processors for transactions; certified atelier partners for finishing operations.

Each partner receives only the information required to perform its task, under contractual confidentiality. None of our partners are authorised to use your information for their own marketing.

We may disclose information when required by law, by court order, or when necessary to protect the rights or safety of ÊTRUNE, our customers, or third parties.

This site uses minimal cookies — strictly functional cookies that remember your locale preference and anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Anonymised analytics may be processed by privacy-respecting providers and aggregated to inform site improvements.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion (subject to legal obligations to retain certain records), and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected].

Customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively; those rights are honoured in full regardless of where the maison physically operates.

We retain personal information as long as the relationship is active — that is, while you are an owner of an ÊTRUNE piece — and for the periods required by law for tax, warranty and legal record-keeping.

The ÊTRUNE ID record of a piece is retained for the life of the piece, because the record is part of the piece itself.

ÊTRUNE operates across borders. Your information may be processed in the United States (headquarters) and Colombia (operational hub for the Bogotá boutique opening in 2026). Both countries maintain protections consistent with our obligations under GDPR for European customers.
